And if you live in a country such as Sweden where you can pick your own mushrooms, I really recommend to do it! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--WPRM Recipe 1138-->\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n\t<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Creamy mushroom pasta with parsley<\/h2>\n\t<img class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-image\" src=\"https:\/\/jacobandandy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/DSCF8410-2-225x300.jpg\"\/>\t<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n\t\tDelicious, creamy pasta with chanterelles and parsley perfectly suited for the autumn and winter.\t<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n\t\t<ul><li>200 g pasta of your choice<\/li><li>200 g chanterelles<\/li><li>400 ml soy cream<\/li><li>2 garlic cloves<\/li><li>1 onion<\/li><li>50 g fresh spinach<\/li><li>0.5 pot parsley<\/li><li>200 ml vegan parmesan I used a parmesan from Violife<\/li><li>the juice from half a lemon *<\/li><li>salt<\/li><li>pepper<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n\t\t<ol><li>Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.<\/li><li>Chop the onion and garlic and fry until the onion is soft.<\/li><li>Rinse and cut the chanterelles into smaller pieces and fry with the onion until most of the liquid is gone.<\/li><li>Shred the parmesan and chop the parsley.<\/li><li>Add cream, parsley, parmesan and lemon to the pan and simmer for about 5 minutes.<\/li><li>Add the spinach and simmer for a few more minutes.<\/li><li>Taste with salt and pepper<\/li><li>Serve directly and top with a little parmesan.<\/li><\/ol>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n\t\t<p>*If your lemon is very sour, start with a bit less and add more if needed.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-meta\">\n\t\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-meta-course\">Dinner<\/div><div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-meta-cuisine\">Vegan<\/div><div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-meta-keyword\">mushroom pasta recipe, vegan mushroom pasta, vegan pasta, vegan recipe<\/div>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!--End WPRM Recipe-->\n\n\n\n<p>Are you looking for more recipes?
