Who doesn’t love a good breakfast!? Overnight oats is perfect when you want to have a delicious, luxurious breakfast but don’t spend a lot of time preparing it. With this recipe you prepare the overnight oats in the evening, and wake up to a delicious breakfast.
Overnight oats are really easy to make and doesn’t take more than a few minutes to prepare. All you have to do is stir all the ingredients together in the evening and cover the glass or bowl.
This one is flavoured with vanilla, banana and blueberries and it’s the best overnight oats I’ve eaten so far so I just have to share it with you!
Overnight oats with blueberries and banana
The perfect breakfast for when you don’t want to spend time in the morning!
- 100 ml oats
- 150 ml almond milk
- 0,5 tbs chia seeds
- 0,5 tbs agave syrup
- 0,5 tbs shredded coconut
- 10-15 blueberries
- a pinch of vanilla sugar
- Shredded coconut
- Put all of the ingredients in a glass or a bowl, mix and cover over night. I prefer to eat my overnight oats room temperatured, but if you want the, cold just put them in the fridge over night.
In the morning, top with blueberries, banana and some shredded coconut.
